StepX is an innovative, high energy, low impact group fitness workout that combines cardiovascular, resistance and strength training designed for all fitness levels! You take it at your own pace, your own level. The cardio pushes are on a stair stepper which is a low impact machine so it’s easy on your joints and body. You can do a variety of moves on the stepper including: walking, jogging, climbing, running, sprinting, shuffling, high knees, butt kicks, jumprope, jump squats plus more choreographed to music to keep you motivated! We have a wide range of dumb bells to use for our strength training portion of the class, each day working different muscle groups so that your muscles have time to recover from the day before. We are a form of high intensity interval training(HIIT).....we go back and forth between cardio pushes and strength training to keep your metabolism guessing making it work harder so that you can achieve EXTREME RESULTS!!
Each class is different every day, so that your body never reaches a plateau. Each class holds up to 18 members plus one certified instructor, high definition video wall with surround sound system and lighting that will keep you energized, inspired and pumped throughout the whole class.
Monday - Thursday | 5am - 12pm & 4pm - 7:30pm
Friday | 5am - 11am
Saturday & Sunday | 6:30am - 11am
